Donna helped us find our first house and held our hand through the process making what others called "overwhelming" an exciting time of our lives. She helped us move furniture that the sellers had left there with her own vehicle just so we wouldn't have to worry about it. She's funny and classy. She will put up a legitimate fight for you. She spent a weekend showing us many different homes when we came in from out of town, and then after we bought, she went above her duty to help us with all the details of having the landscaping planned and put in before we moved to Utah, so that we'd have a complete yard when we moved in to our new home. We were so grateful for her help in that! She's also just fun and a very pleasant person to work with. She's very occupied because of how many people want her services (a good sign), which is the only reason I gave less than 5 stars on responsiveness. She's a busy woman! But still was so helpful!
